Step 1 (EMBALMING)
First you take your childs (or other body) body and wash them in good scenting oils and rinse with the water from the Nile.
Step 2 (EMBALMING)
Next make a cut in the left side of the body then take out the lungs, liver, stomach, and intestines. The heart stays in since it’s needed in the after life. Also take out the brain with a hook . You put the hook threw the nose to get out the brain. Keep the organs for later.
Step 3 (EMBALMING)
Cove and stuff the body with narton salt. Let it sit for 20 days.
Step 4 ( EMBALMING)
After 20 days wash the body again then cover it in oils.
Step 5 ( EMBALMING)
Return the organs you took out besides for the Lungs, liver, stomach, and instenines . Then stuff the body with dry materials.
Step 6 Final (EMBALMING)
Next put the organs in jars. Now your child’s or other body is ready to be wrapped.
Step 1 ( WRAPPING)
First wrap the head and neck with linen . The toes and fingers are wrapped individually.
Step 2 ( WRAPPING)
Next wrap the rest of the body but the Armenian and legs are wrapped individually. In between the wrapping layers place the amulets.
Step 3 (WRAPPING)
While wrapping have someone read spells to help the body in the afterlife.
Step 4 ( WRAPPING )
Next you tie the arms and legs together. a scroll will be placed in between the hands.
Step 5 (WRAPPING)
The body gets wrapped in more layers . in each layer use a liquid resin as a glue to keep them together.
Step 6 (WRAPPING)
Wrap the body with cloth then paint a picture of the god Osiris.
Step 7 (WRAPPING)
Next a larger cloth is wrapped around then straps of linen are wrapped around . a board of painting wood is put on top. Now your child or other body is ready for the coffin.
FINAL STEP
Finally you lower the mummy into a coffin then that coffin is lowered into another coffin.
